Terms and conditions
By reserving rental equipment from Kitsap Party Plug, the customer agrees to the following terms:
1. All rentals are cash-only unless otherwise agreed upon.
2. Payment is due in full at delivery or pickup.
3. Delivery and setup fees are separate from rental fees.
4. Customers are responsible for all rented equipment from the time of delivery until pickup.
5. Customers assume responsibility for damage, loss, theft, or misuse of equipment.
6. Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was delivered, excluding normal wear.
7. Kitsap Party Plug is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of rental equipment.
8. Weather conditions do not qualify for refunds unless otherwise approved.
9. Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed.
10. Kitsap Party Plug reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

Refund Policy
All rentals are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental date.
Weather-related cancellations do not qualify for refunds. Customers are responsible for checking weather conditions prior to booking.
Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Kitsap Party Plug and is subject to availability.
Refunds or credits may be issued only in cases of equipment failure caused by Kitsap Party Plug.
Shipping Policy
Kitsap Party Plug offers delivery and setup services primarily within Kitsap County.
- Standard delivery & setup fee: $60 (applies to orders of $150 or more)
- Pole tent setup fee: $100 (required for 10x30 or 20x40 pole tents)
- Orders under $150: delivery fees may be negotiated
- Delivery outside Kitsap County: fees may be negotiated
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear, safe, and accessible delivery locations. Kitsap Party Plug reserves the right to refuse delivery or setup in unsafe or inaccessible conditions.
